First of all, I'd like to thank all of the Clark County voters that voted to make a change and fix our education system. I want to thank all those who worked on my campaign, and especially the teachers who shall remain anonymous due to the rampant retaliation within the school district. Once again, the voters have been fooled by the teacher's union who has continually kept children and teachers at the bottom, while keeping trustees and administrators are very happy and well cared for financially. While I lost the election, my life does not change in anyway. The real losers of this year's election are the children and teachers in Clark County who will not be served well by an extremely uneducated, inexperienced school board.
Unfortunately, three extremely important and revealing articles were written post-election day. These articles clearly show the corruption that Ron Taylor and myself tried to expose during the campaign. Traditionally, the school board races are not well researched by voters, this was most evident in exit polling which stated that more than 70 percent of the voters would vote for a candidate endorsed by the CCEA teacher's union. If only the public knew that the CCEA does not look out for teachers or the children of Clark County. Below are the links to the articles by James Haug from the Las Vegas Review Journal and Karen Gray of the Nevada Policy Research Institute.
Attention District B voters:
I urge you to consider voting for Ron Taylor for School Trustee in your District.
